Terms & Conditions for 33cd — Your Rights, Obligations & Platform Rules

1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 33cd website accessible at https://33cd.io, including all sub-pages, services, betting markets, casino games, and promotional materials offered therein.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who has registered a 33cd account or is accessing the Platform with the intention of doing so.
• "Account" means the personal account held by a registered Player on the Platform, including their balance, transaction history, and account credentials.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any betting market, casino game, slot title, or other gaming product offered through the Platform.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 To register and maintain an account on 33cd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 33cd enforces a strict 21+ age policy with zero tolerance for underage access.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.
• You are registering one account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• You are providing accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process and will keep that information current.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or close associate of 33cd or any of its affiliated companies.
• You are not using the Platform in any jurisdiction where online betting or casino gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

2.2 33cd reserves the right to decline any registration application, or to suspend or close an existing account, without being required to provide a specific reason, where it reasonably suspects that eligibility criteria are not satisfied.

2.3 Players are required to provide a valid mobile number and email address at registration. These details will be used for account security, withdrawal verification, and responsible gaming communications.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 33cd strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication on your account.

3.2 You must not share your account credentials with any third party. All activity carried out through your account — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 33cd supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at 33cd's discretion without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to a Player's account and may be subject to a processing delay or return.

4.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification. 33cd may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the withdrawal amount. Players are encouraged to complete identity verification proactively to avoid delays.

4.5 Same-Name Rule. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same legal name as the 33cd account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

4.6 Processing Times. 33cd targets a withdrawal processing time of 5 to 15 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees, and may be extended during high-volume periods.

4.7 Platform Fees. 33cd does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers are the responsibility of the Player.

5 Betting, Gaming, and Wagering Rules

5.1 All bets and wagers placed on 33cd are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the details of any bet — including stake, market, selection, and odds — before confirming. 33cd does not accept requests to cancel confirmed wagers except in the circumstances described in clause 5.4.

5.2 33cd offers a range of betting and gaming products including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, E-Sports, and others), live casino table games, slots, and arcade-style games. The availability of specific products and markets may change without prior notice.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. Limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may vary by market, event, game provider, or account status. 33cd reserves the right to adjust stake limits on any account at its discretion.

5.4 Void Bets and Technical Errors. 33cd reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed as a result of a technical error, manifest pricing error, data feed failure, or game malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's account balance. No further compensation will be payable.

5.5 Live Betting. Bets placed on live in-play markets are subject to brief delays as odds are recalculated in real time. During this delay window, a bet may be declined or offered at revised odds. 33cd accepts no responsibility for connectivity issues that affect a Player's ability to place live bets.

5.6 Game Results. The outcome of all casino games and slots is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. 33cd does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are independently verified and reflect long-run statistical averages, not guaranteed returns on individual sessions.

6 Bonuses, Promotions, and Free Bets

6.1 All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, deposit match offers, cashback schemes, and seasonal promotions offered by 33cd are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is announced. In the event of any conflict between those promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the purposes of that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period, after which unused bonus funds will expire and be removed from the account.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. 33cd employs automated and manual monitoring to identify and prevent bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using a third party's payment method to trigger a deposit bonus; placing low-risk or arbitrage wagers designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay; and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6.4 33cd reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into an active promotion will not be disadvantaged by mid-promotion changes to the core mechanics of that specific offer.

7 Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33cd platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, game vulnerabilities, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that seeks to influence the outcome of a sporting event on which bets are placed.
• Using the Platform in connection with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Impersonating another player, 33cd staff member, or any other individual.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform's systems or databases.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 33cd staff members or other players through any communication channel.

7.2 33cd cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial intelligence units in Bangladesh. Any suspected criminal activity detected on the Platform will be reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

8 Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

8.1 33cd is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players from gambling-related harm. We provide a range of tools that allow players to manage their activity, including deposit limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion. 9 Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the 33cd platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, written content, and promotional materials — is the property of 33cd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33cd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical failures, connectivity issues, delayed payments, or the outcome of any wager.

10.2 33cd's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 33cd's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

12 Amendments to These Terms

13.2 Closure by 33cd. 33cd reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including where: a Player has violated these Terms; suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected; a Player is found to be ineligible; or 33cd is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory instruction.

13.3 Upon closure initiated by 33cd for a material breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds — and winnings derived from Bonus Funds — will be forfeited. Real-money deposits net of withdrawals already made may be returned subject to the outcome of any internal investigation.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law, with particular regard to the context of online gaming and digital payment services operating in the Bangladesh market.
